Raised in San Diego County, his children now proudly continue the family legacy of operating the business. Meet “Tom from Jamul!” Originally from Osage, Iowa, Tom relocated to San Diego over 50 years ago. In 1982, he founded Anything & Everything Landscape, Inc. A decade later, he welcomed his first son, Dylan Lincoln, followed by Jake, Sarah, and Molly. Over the years, Tom continued to grow the business, and today, his children are proudly part of the team.

Meet the face of the company! Dylan, a San Diego native raised in Jamul, graduated from CSU Channel Islands with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. After gaining experience in the business industry across the nation, he returned home in 2020 to partner with his father, Tom. Dylan’s contributions have significantly enhanced the growth and success of the organization.
Sarah Lincoln
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Meet our adventurous accountant, Sarah Marie! Following in her older brother’s footsteps, Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in business from CSU Channel Islands. After exploring the world, she returned to San Diego and joined the company in 2020.
Molly Lincoln
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Meet Miss Molly, the youngest of four siblings and twin sister to Sarah. She recently earned her Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Responsible Business from CSU Monterey Bay. Since graduating, Molly has committed her time to the company and officially became part of the team in 2023.
